Un’altra notte.

Un’altra notte
somma giorni
di sguardo alle stelle
cercando risposte
e formulando
costrellazioni di domande

un’altra notte
tra canti di rospi
lungo il canale
che pian piano si prosciuga
della sua acqua ferma
nulla si muove
neppure la vita

un’altra notte
di speranze per non spegnere
la fiamma eterna
ma la fiamma non arde
le speranze scemano
e il buio si fa pesante

un’altra notte
innamorata di melodie lontane
a tempi mai stati
mai venuti
ne verranno
inganni dei sogni

fiabe raccontate
per edulcorare
realtà amare
e il cammino
si fa più faticoso
se neppure il mito porta eroi
da imitare

un’altra notte
un’altra ancora
lungo questo andare
senza un nome più da proferire
sulle labbra
baciate da timidi raggi di luna
che attraggono potenti
al pozzo
che scende nel cuore dell’anima

un’altra notte
grazia data
o tormento prolungato?

intanto vivo
un’altra notte
… ancora.

Another night
sum days
of looking at the stars
looking for answers
and formulating
constructions of questions

another night
between songs of toads
along the canal
that slowly dries up
of its still water
nothing moves
not even life

another night
of hopes for not turning off
the eternal flame
but the flame does not burn
hopes wane
and the darkness becomes heavy

another night
in love with distant melodies
in times never been
never came
they will come
deceptions of dreams

fairy tales told
to sweeten
loving reality
and the path
it becomes more tiring
if not even the myth brings heroes
to imitate

another night
yet another
along this go
without a name to speak more
on the lips
kissed by timid moonbeams
that attract powerful
at the well
that descends into the heart of the soul

another night
grace given
or prolonged torment?

meanwhile alive
another night
… yet.
