Esicasmo, mistica … la preghiera del cuore
oggi come ieri, via per la salvezza e trasmutazione interiore, trasfigurazione di ogni persona che anela all’incontro col Mistero incarnato della Vita
La preghiera del cuore come azione trasformante l’anima, non è prerogativa di pochi o di eletti ma è realizzazione piena per ogni individuo.
Ogni esperienza antica e moderna nelle diverse confessioni, religioni, filosofie o pratiche spirituali, ha la propria tradizione orante che apporta il suo contributo alla crescita interiore.
Non si tratta di aderire a mode, ma vivere semplicemente e con disciplina ciò che già è insito in ogni individuo e nel seno della tradizione e cultura che lo ha forgiato.
Conosci te stesso e non tradire la tua origine.
Personalmente ritengo la preghiera del cuore l’atto che accomuna l’anelito e ricerca comune a ogni essere vivente che vive la dimensione spirituale e ricerca trascendentale, ogni anima aspira al suo Incontro Personale con chi riconosce come Colui che è, quell’Entità che tutto crea.

Prayer of the heart as an action transforming the soul, is not the prerogative of a few or the elect but is full realization for each individual.
Every ancient and modern experience in the different confessions, religions, philosophies or spiritual practices, has its own prayerful tradition which makes its contribution to inner growth.
It is not a question of adhering to fashions, but living simply and with discipline what is already inherent in every individual and in the bosom of the tradition and culture that forged it.
Know yourself and do not betray your origin.
Personally I consider the prayer of the heart the act that unites the common yearning and research of every living being who lives the spiritual dimension and transcendental research, every soul aspires to his Personal Encounter with those who recognize as the One who is, that Entity who creates.
