Sbucciare le banane e tagliarle a rondelle, disporle in un contenitore aperto e riporre in freezer per 1 ora e mezza/ 2 ore.
Trascorso il tempo, estrarre la frutta dal freezer e trasferirla in un mixer o in un frullatore e iniziare a frullare fino a raggiungere una consistenza cremosa ma fredda, procedete controllando che non si riscaldi l’elettrodomestico in maniera che non sciolga la frutta ghiacciata.
Quando la crema tipo gelato è pronta versare in coppa o tazza.
Buona pausa dessert, senza zuccheri e grassi aggiunti ma da una piacevole crema vellutata e fresca, al naturale
(eventualmente può essere accompagnata con crema nocciola, con cioccolato fondente in granella, con miele di castagno, con scaglie di cocco)
