Si vis Pacem, para bellum: if you want peace, prepare for war

“Si vis Pacem, para bellum” Epitoma rei militaris IV secolo – Vegezio (scrittore romano) se vuoi la pace, prepara la guerra E lo riaffermò poi George Washington: <<essere preparati per la guerra è uno dei mezzi più efficaci per mantenere la pace>>. Certamente nessuno ha molta voglia di attaccare uno Stato organizzato bene nella difesa.
